Get to know Wanbli Ceya

Wanbli Ceya aka JUQ is a multi award winning Oglala singer/songwriter based on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. He’s also openly bigender/sexual & polyamorous, which are heavily showcased in his music, which he describes as Lakota pop, a hybrid mix of contemporary pop, spoken word, traditional Lakota music, and a wide array of genres. Having released 4 chapters (Tempo, Nya, Yamni, Axel – projects), won a few awards through the Native American Music Awards, receiving many cosigns from bigger musicians / tik tokers alike, JUQ looks to take the world back with his artistry and leave a better world.
